A work of Chinese calligraphy, A Piece of Song Poetry
Drawing on a tune entitled Calming the Waves written by Su Shi(China’s famous poet and essayist), A Piece of Song Poetry wrote with vigorous strokes. The poem reflects Su Shi’s tenacity and broad-mindedness in adversity through traditional Chinese calligraphy, while it reveals his pursuit of otherworldly life and his philosophy, that is, endeavoring to relieve himself in difficult circumstances.
Photography entitled A Different Perspective
A Different Perspective introduces a different perspective of buildings with light as its brush, buildings with its drawing board and shadows as its palette, implying that human beings pay attention to details of every space.
Photography entitled Waiting of A Left-Behind Old Man
Waiting of A Left-Behind Old Man pictures a left-behind old man who sat inside the door alone with strong lens language. The metaphor of space inside and outside the door and the comparison between shadows that combine brightness and darkness, which indicate the missing of company in an aging society, hoping to reflect the problem of “left-behinds of the senior and returning to their roots of the young”.
